This Master Planning stretched over 300 hectares with the objective to create a sustainable Eco-Project including several Resorts (from three to five stars), a camping site, housing developments, a tea factory and SPA, a maze in the tea plantations with augmented reality games, and many new ideas to be developed for the first time in Vietnam.
